I have made several purchases, the products are beautiful and well made with good customization options. I had problems with one order but they responded promptly by email resolving it. Only downside the shipping time a little long.
Very practical, so you never lose your stuff again! However, I find that iron-on labels don't stick to all fabrics (especially comforters)...

Great products, fast delivery, and the labels for clothes really withstand any wash, even 90° wash (I bought the labels to stick on with an iron). The same goes for the labels for the items, if well glued they will not come off again. The designs and colors to choose from are many and really beautiful, my girls love them. I recommend them to everyone.
