I did not like the customer service at all. There was an error in the address, when ordering I made the change of address and for some reason that change was only made in billing address, in short I never got the labels, obviously, and not only have not given me a solution but also have been super disrespectful and have answered me disrespecting me, I love the product they have, I ordered it previously and thought to continue doing so, but with this background and treatment to my person, sincerely I was removed the desire to continue visiting the page and buying from them.

I had a few small issues. Cloths stickers where not cut well so I could not remove them from the book easily. I need it a sticker to put on a pair of trousers at a short notice and apparently the sticker did not last long. I washed and tumble dried two garments where I used the stickers they are still there but does not look that good. Happy with the design but I will have liked the letters bigger.

Good afternoon... A few months ago I bought a personalized water bottle...for my daughter (important), I received 2000589061, order 2000707142, a few days ago I have started to use it and I have noticed that a few hours after containing the water, it smells musty, wet, my question...what kind of steel used to make these bottles?...I do not think it is normal to smell like that...I do not think that steel meets the conditions to contain drinking water, or other liquids that are to consume.... I remember that I waited a long time for the shipment to arrive, that I claimed it at the time and now this happens...it was 28 euros between expenses and price of the flask...I ask for my money back, thank you...I am waiting for a reply.

Horrible problem solver. I ordered labels and another item. I did not receive it in 2 attempts to ship it and they did not follow up on any of them. It's a lie about priority shipping because if so they will let you know that it is going to arrive or they would have control...their response? That they cannot control the incidences. After weeks of waiting in the 2nd attempt knowing that I had already claimed neither did different shipping with tracking and when I claim at least the shipping costs they tell me that they also lose. We go nefarious management, did not ask did not control and after 2 months of waiting almost their solution was to remove me from the middle ... return the money and goodbye. So I did ... and in less than 1 week I had better stickers for clothes in my house with real priority shipping. I had not tried stickers but now I compare and better quality presentation and shipping service.
