The product is great! The service was good ! I do not put the 5 stars for giving little information of the shipment.

1/ order placed but not paid for (credit card problem on site) 2/ the status was order in progress and not order not paid for, so I didn't know it was a payment problem. 3/ call - problem solved, I had to repeat the order and ask for a promotional code (which was no longer valid) - The staff on the phone could have been friendlier. However, the concept is really top-notch! The labels are very pretty and there's plenty of choice, and the notebook is very practical. Very practical, my son loves it. My problem may have been independent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thinking I'd have better luck on my next order.

The labels are really nice and durable. The only downside is the shipping is a bit slow, you have to arrange in time.
