I'm sorry but the order was supposed to be delivered in 24H and arrived 6 days too late. After the first wash the labels were gone (wash at 30 degrees) So I wouldn't recommend you anymore!

We ordered a personalized stainless steel drinking bottle. The bottle itself is very nice. But unfortunately the letters came off after a short time and the rubber on the bottle leaked. We only washed the bottle by hand. After I complained about the bottle, I was only offered a 20% discount code with this explanation: "However, as we do not know the conditions of use or care of the drinking bottle, we are unfortunately unable to respond positively to your inquiry." I think it's very cheeky to assume that customers make care mistakes. Legally very questionable! We have been customers for 3.5 years.

Absolutely awful! Customer service is shocking! No one answers the phone, responds to emails or any form of queries! Takes over a week for anyone to answer a query ?? I ordered well in advance to get labels for my daughter for when she started school, two weeks later nothing received tried to contact them, phone doesn't work a week later when my daughter started school sent a replacement order eventually that I'm still waiting for! No first class or next day shipping did not see the value of this considering I ordered now well over a month ago! Doubt I'll even receive them. Stay away from this company! Terrible! Take your money elsewhere!
