The items weren't clear enough for me and I made a lot of mistakes!

Durable and easy to apply material labels. Unfortunately to get them on time you have to order them several times in advance. The quality is very good.

2 flasks ordered, 1 leaked once closed and the second was not aligned once the cap was closed with the first name! Another one was sent back but the printing wasn't very careful, it's missing in a few places...and the problem remains the same! I'm very disappointed

Label very little protected during shipment, have taken the water even before arriving in the mailbox otherwise very nice label but I have only 6 of a little dry.

Missing labels and greaseproof paper, which should have been supplied.

Package arrived wrinkled, damaged

Order delivered quickly but impossible to enter the problem encountered with the gourd in the after-sales service area. The spout seems to have a defect which means my daughter can't drink properly. It's a pity because the design is very nice.

Nice gourd, but the cap is fragile when it falls off. Fortunately, the caps are sold separately and for a very low price.

I'm happy and satisfied with the product. But it was very poorly packaged for transport when I got home, the envelope was open because it was too small for the number of labels inside.

I was disappointed this year with the quality of the gourd. The design doesn't hold up well, and the gourd falls apart after 3 weeks of use. We ordered one three years ago and had no problems. It used to be an imprint on the bottle, but now it's a self-adhesive. For the price of the gourd, the quality is no longer there!

The labels are very pretty but they are difficult to detach and can tear.... The cutout doesn't always seem deep enough ... Too bad because the product is otherwise very nice

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the labels on this latest order. Before, the gluing quality was perfect. Here, I can already see the labels coming off the felts before they've even been handled. The design is very nice, but I'm disappointed.

I ordered a snack box and received a gourd! I called you and this time I did receive the box, but without the labels with the child's name that you can stick on his things.... Disappointed...

Quite disappointed with the order Not bad label not usable .. does not detach and when we get the label is damaged so not aesthetic or then adhesive residue around the label . I ordered elsewhere.

I ordered in total 60 stickers, which I've not yet received. I selected the standard free postage, however to my surprise I have recieved a fee due notice through from Royal Mail. The sender did not pay postage and I must pay £3.50 to get my stickers. I cannot comment on the stickers yet as I've not yet recieved them but disappointed already that there are 2 postage options and the Free standard is not infact free. I would have paid for the tracked postage had I of known.

I've used this site 3 times to order labels for my son's clothes. I was delighted the first two times, but much more disappointed with my last order. The removal of the labels was very complicated, I spent a lot of time to remove them. Some labels were damaged in the process, yet I had enough dongles to do it.

I order every year but this time I certainly had a defective batch, impossible to peel off the labels, I have to use scissors, they are one with the plate, far from peeling off easily as usual:

Very poor delivery. Items were delivered 3 to 4 days later than the prescribed delivery date. Did get in touch with the company who were fairly non interested and blamed it on the carrier. The goods were a good quality so no problem there.

Disappointed with the size of the writing and the drawing. It's a shame, the first order was fine, but now I'm disappointed.

A very nice gourd that fits the bill. But the straw doesn't fit inside, so I have to look for another solution. Quite disappointed

Delivery time not met. Quality not maintained, as the upper protective film has often peeled off. Customer service only available by email. However, they were quick to write, but not clear. Delivery from France, ...was not apparent.

Nice labels but the packaging isn't great (I think). The labels stick well but on the diamond pencils the labels "bounce". It's still a good product but I'm a bit disappointed. I used to order from another site the other years, so I think I'll go back to this old site.

Good stickers but very slow delivery (around 10 days), if I'd realised this I would have ordered from a different company.

I've been ordering for several years now and have always been pleasantly surprised. But for the past two years, and especially this year, I've found that the labels are not as good as they used to be. They're hard to peel off and tear off the transparent self-adhesive film as they go by.

First order not received I made a request and to date another order was sent to me I am delighted

Second time I've ordered from the site. I'm a bit disappointed this time. It's very, very difficult to detach the labels, which sometimes results in creases in the labels.

Our first order arrived in perfect condition and we loved it. The second order was a school enrollment gift and never arrived at the DPD point. After talking to EsIstMeins on the phone, I thought the problem would be resolved quickly. Now our order is over two weeks late and still nothing has arrived. We are very disappointed.

The following will not prevent us from ordering again, as we know that this site is reactive and we like the concept so much. However: We've always been delighted with our orders, but unfortunately this year the quality of the labels has declined enormously. They are difficult to remove from the backing and don't come with as much as in previous years. What's more, the choice of fonts is no longer the same, and although this is purely a matter of personal taste, I find that the rendering is much coarser.

I've been ordering for 3 years now and have never had anything to say. However, this year they were all mixed up! I had taken some labels for my grandson, and I had to tear out the pages to find out what they were for his mom, instead of giving him a sheet directly! Too bad ...

Unfortunately, the stickers only arrived after 3 weeks because something went wrong with the shipping.

I didn't receive the stickers I ordered but those of another child. I don't like the fact that my child's name is now circulating somewhere else.

Too bad I only have the same label size. I would like several tampis for me.

The self-adhesive clothing labels were very difficult to remove from the plastic... and there's a page of iron-on labels that isn't close cut so I can't use them... unless I cut them myself = waste of time. I'm a bit disappointed because the labels are really beautiful and look good quality. To be seen over time.

I received labels with a rainbow when I had ticked nothing because it's for a boy entering 6th grade and nothing was adapted to his age so I had to cut out all the rainbows?

My request to change the label was not taken into account. I made a mistake and quickly sent a request for a change which went unanswered. Too bad

I order clothes labels every year from you but this year the labels were not cut properly and some of them tested and the others were really hard to rem

I'm disappointed with the quality of the labels

The delivery time was not what it said on the website. It took longer... The product is fine but the presentation is not good.... They come in badly stapled packages, untidy and not even separated by names but mixed up. In cargoes for 5 children and one of them was missing stickers... I didn't really care about the latter because I had ordered enough... Regarding the utility of the product I think it is correct. But the presentation and the shipping places could be improved as I have already mentioned.

I have ordered the stick on labels for the past 4/5 years and been happy, however this year the quality isn't as good with the labels harder to peel and ripping a bit.
