I am very upset because I ordered labels with an image for my son but as I ordered the mini labels they are ariVee just with the first name. This was not possible. So I called the number, explained the situation and answered "yes, that's normal".

Dear customer, we are sorry that you misunderstood. It is specified on our website that 48 hours is required for manufacturing, not for delivery. All our products are manufactured exclusively to order and entrusted to the postal service within 2 working days at most. Products are shipped within 48 hours by our supplier "La Poste en Express" (French priority mail), then you have to take into account 1 or 2 additional working days for the delivery of your order (for orders shipped to France). For orders shipped to Italy, priority mail delivery times theoretically correspond to 2-3 additional business days. However, they may translate to between 2 and 10-15 business days due to delays or other factors beyond our control. We advise customers to provide a home address, as the envelope is deposited by the letter carrier directly in the mailbox, so there is no need to be at home when the order is delivered.
