Excellent, very competent
Ordered two "chequebooks" of mixed labels. Labels as ordered. Appear to be of good quality, to be tested with use and especially with washing/drying. For clothes, more self-adhesive labels (not iron-on) would be a plus: I've already run out! My children are delighted with the designs (musical notes and horse's head).
First order on the recommendation of another mom. Multiple choices and labels just like the picture. The checkbook format with stickers is very well thought out. I'm waiting to see if the labels are wash-resistant, but my colleague guarantees it...

I placed my order on January 16th and I still haven't received anything despite the 14 day deadline ... the birthday for which I ordered these labels has come and gone and I'm a bit disappointed. However, I can't assess the quality of the products until I receive them.
