I haven't solved the problem yet, but I'd like to take this opportunity to ask a question: is it possible to order only the part with the gasket? maybe it's the gasket that's no longer working... (although I've never put it in the dishwasher and only clean it occasionally with eco-friendly dishwashing liquid...). Do you have any other hypotheses or possible solutions? A little disappointed with my last purchase, the labels don't wash after ironing and respecting the waiting and ironing time. it's a shame, I was very satisfied a few years ago, the quality was better.
