I didn't give 5 stars only because the last order (which by the way contained a gift for Christmas) was reversed with another person's order and it was a bad surprise! Paid order placed on December 9. It is now December 21 and I still haven't received anything. I wrote to ask for clarification and they replied that they put the order in shipping two days after my payment and that it depends on the Italian post office. Since the shipping they do is an untracked priority mail, there is no way to even solicit the post office. So I have to wait until December 26 (so they told me) to ask for a refund.

Everything as in the site, seriousness and efficiency. Products true to what was seen during the selection made for the order. Very satisfied. Thank you

It will be my second order for labels for clothing, I had taken iron-on labels perfect it does not move in the wash and on this order I took self-adhesive labels, passed in machines have not moved and labels for object I am pleased with the quality of products I recommend to all and all.

I really like them because you can customize them. They are very durable both dishwasher and washing machine. It is a good product.

Fast delivery ... Good quality at first glance

The bottle seems to be of good quality and the pattern is very pretty. However, the stopper is very difficult to use for children (5 years old and very resourceful though) and also fragile. The cap broke on the first use.

It was very easy to order the personalized water bottle online with drawings and the child's name. The 'item arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Since this was a gift I did not open the package so I cannot pass judgment on the proditto itself.

I'm still waiting for delivery and I don't even have the ability to track the unscheduled shipment for the labels. I don't know anything.
