Arrived after more than 20 days
The delivery was fast, you could just send the customer a shipping confirmation when the order goes out (suggestion for improvement). The material is simply great and does what it promises. The customer service is very friendly and endeavors to satisfy the customer ?? clear purchase recommendation.

Unfortunately, the products I ordered did not meet my expectations and were defective. They were lunch boxes which were badly glued (lots of air bubbles and dirt inclusions). The work here was simply not done properly, which is a great shame.
Good and fast processing?
Everything worked well and it was quick. The customer service was also very helpful, as I had a problem with my first order. A duplicate order was canceled immediately. Very friendly and uncomplicated!
