L'ordine non è arrivato e pur avendo segnalato l'accaduto al servizio clienti la mail di risposta è stata che sono spiacenti per l'inconveniente ma la spedizione è indipendente dal loro servizio. Ho mandato varie mail per richiedere il rimborso e/o nuovamente l'invio della merce con corriere espresso ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Pessima assistenza cliente, ritengo poco professionale un'azienda che non sceglie spedizionieri competenti e inaffidabili.
