Super nice lunch box. My son also really liked it. Goods come from France so allow approx. 5 days for delivery. Arrived well packaged and even came with a few stickers. Customer service also responded immediately. As the goods had not yet arrived on the 5th day, I sent an email. I received an immediate reply and the tin arrived that day. I ordered a water bottle...made very well it is not as heavy as I had read on some reviews for a 4 year old it is fine. I don't know if it keeps the water fresh for the time it promises because it's December and I can't try it.

Order and delivery super easy and fast. I ordered a lunch box, a bottle, name tags and a cloth bag the lunch box and the bottle are beautiful and sturdy, the name tags hold on many surfaces and the colors are great The cloth bag is smaller than expected but perfect for diapers and wet wipes I would order again anytime

Very satisfied with the after-sales service. When I received my parcel, the label on my daughter's drip tray was badly stuck on. I sent an e-mail to the after-sales service. They told me without quibbling that they would send me another lid. And they ended up sending me back a whole box.

Hi. The Thermoadhesive labels for clothes, which I ordered from PetIt fernand are beautiful, pero as I saw, the bad quality! The greenhouse first I put (first read utilluzzo guide) on clothes for my children, who one goes to kindergarten and other already in school, all iron-on labels. Both came back with labels peeled off, and they were not the clothes even washed, none not pulled, not touched, nothing, and already they were peeled off

I order them every year for my children.

I never received my order. And the tags were for my son's birthday and the gifts that went with them could not be made. I will not buy from them again. They were ordered ahead of time and I sent several inquiries about the status of the order so there was leeway. Fatal.

Unfortunately, the iron-on labels come off after the 3rd wash. The adhesive labels for the clothes don't hold as well as I expected.
