Hi I havent received my order its been over two weeks ? Please help

I'm usually happy with your service, but this time I've received the e-mail notification, even though I still haven't received it... I was expecting this order for my daughter's summer camp, but it's too late! Fortunately, there will be a camp this summer...

I have ordered several times before but this time it is terrible...I am waiting to receive my order from 1 month ago (they have processed it 3 times) and it has not arrived. I need it for my son's colognes and I see that I am not going to get it.

We received the wrong labels and ours have still not arrived.

My product never arrived, I've written several times and I don't see a solution.

Many of the labels came off after the 1st wash. I'm really disappointed, considering that a week went by between putting the labels on and washing them.

Hello, I ordered 10 days ago and I haven't received anything yet. I can't track my order in my account. It says "no order". However, I have received the confirmation email and my account has been debited.

The iron-on labels do not hold. I ordered them a few years ago and there was nothing to say. Too bad I won't be ordering again.

I did not receive my order very disappointed first time this happens my son leaves on a trip on Monday and I did not receive on time .... too bad

Package still not received from Chronopost! Even though I paid for fast delivery!

I bought 2 isothermal bottles at the end of January 2024, I am disappointed with my purchase because the lids of the 2 bottles are broken. ??

Absolutely awful! Customer service is shocking! No one answers the phone, responds to emails or any form of queries! Takes over a week for anyone to answer a query ?? I ordered well in advance to get labels for my daughter for when she started school, two weeks later nothing received tried to contact them, phone doesn't work a week later when my daughter started school sent a replacement order eventually that I'm still waiting for! No first class or next day shipping did not see the value of this considering I ordered now well over a month ago! Doubt I'll even receive them. Stay away from this company! Terrible! Take your money elsewhere!

I have not received the package

Hello, my order status says "Delivered" but I never received my order. What should I do? I needed these labels for my son's clothes. He's going on a school trip on 26/04. I've never had any problems with my previous orders. Thank you for your good follow-up.

Good evening. Very disappointed for a 1st order. I paid more for delivery on time... I tried to contact you but by email impossible... "an error has occurred please try again later" In short my little one has gone on a school trip without his labels..and that's a shame...
