I bought a very pretty personalized water bottle, but it's dangerous because it's not watertight. It emptied into my son's schoolbag and I'm sure (because I've checked it a thousand times with my husband) that it wasn't us who didn't close it properly. I recently bought the school pack, but unfortunately I'm disappointed with the distribution of the labels. There aren't enough labels for clothes, and I only received one page of labels for shoes, which is insufficient. Conversely, there are far too many labels for objects. This unbalanced distribution has left me short of labels for essential needs. I really don't want to have to buy another 30-pack when this one isn't suitable.

I have ordered stickers from here before and they were great! However, this time the stickers I ordered are virtually impossible to unstick from the backing paper. Which means that by the time I've unstuck them they are all creased and don't stick as cleanly on the labels. I must admit I'm disappointed that the quality is not as good as previously.

Good evening, I've been a C-monétiquette customer for years and so far I've been satisfied with both the quality and the service (although last year, delivery of my back-to-school order took a very long time and the labels arrived well after the start of the school year (Belgian); but ok, not a tragedy). This year, I went ahead and had them delivered on time, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the labels: very, very difficult to peel off, almost impossible to do without damaging/creasing a corner of the label, it's as if they were almost or even not pre-cut? I ordered a lot of them this time, in different sizes and for two children, and I'm very disappointed to end up with a large batch so far below the quality I was used to from C-monétiquette... Incidentally, I'm also a little surprised to find, in my order, labels for different children grouped together in the same booklet, not very practical, but not dramatic (unlike the quality of the cut).

The stickers are of good quality and beautiful. However, it is annoying and incomprehensible why the 3 different names, of which I had ordered 60 each, were distributed over 2 "booklets". They were intended as a gift for the first day of school and normal sheets would have been enough for me, but I had to cut out the sheets with the other children's names from both booklets and one child was disappointed not to have a "booklet" at all.

The delivery time was long but that's out of cmonetiquette's control. We ordered labels for which we are delighted as well as a tartine box which is a little small. If we had to do it over again, we would have gone for a bigger box, as we can only fit one loaf. As for the isothermal flask, it's difficult for our 2.5 year old son to open. It's a bit hard. Perhaps we should review this. Even we have to force it a little.

The labels were just as I'd chosen, but there was a problem with the "cut" of my label sheets. While the shoe labels peel off easily, the clothing labels are impossible to peel off by hand. I have to use a small screwdriver-type tool to remove the label without damaging it. Quite disappointed.
