The stickers did take a while to arrive and was worried they might not arrive before my little one started nursery.

The labels are fine but I placed 2 orders and the 2 packages arrived completely mixed up! Otherwise good quality.

I bought two water bottles and two snack boxes for children. Considering the price paid, I'm rather disappointed that the personalization is limited to stickers (rather poorly) glued and I expected the children's names to be engraved or heat sealed. But fast delivery, good communication with the seller.

48h production time is a lie. I kindly let the weekend pass and then asked about it. Automated answer that there was just a lot of orders and a direct one that the stickers had already been sent. Should wait 10 days, if nothing is there yet, contact me again. 8 days later, I received an automated email saying that the stickers had now been dispatched. 13 days after ordering, the labels arrived. Addendum: The response from es ist meins is kind of cheeky. When I asked, I received an automatic reply that there was a lot going on at the moment and a direct reply that my order was supposedly on its way. The info mail about the shipment came 11 days after ordering. The post office was quick. They didn't even need 48 hours.

Jen has been ordering for 3 years now! These labels are always so practical. On the other hand, the quality seems to be declining, and the labels I've received are very difficult to remove from the backing, which is a shame. Let's hope they last as long as the others.

I wanted to use a promo code received by email which was broken and a few days later I received another one even though my order had been placed. Apart from this, like every year, very fast delivery.

The gourd is heavy for a child, the weight of the product is not at all studied. With water, the gourd is impossible to carry. The first-name label is already starting to peel off.

Hello, the labels are beautiful and conform to my order. Except: I ordered labels for my 3 grandchildren born from my son and my daughter. I received a booklet for one of my son's children and a 2nd with the labels of one of my son's children and one of my daughter's children, attached together! How do you expect me to offer these labels torn from the booklet? Especially as one of the children won't be entitled to the stickers attached at the end of the booklet. So I'm disappointed with the presentation of my order.

My initial order didn't arrive, the replacement sent arrived but wasn't my order but finally a tracked replacement arrived and was correct.

When I received my order, the products were not the right ones (different surname). Following a message to customer service, I finally received the products I had ordered. The labels are not as nice as on the website. I'm very disappointed.

Easy to navigate the site and customize products. The label colors are nice. The object labels are great, but I'd strongly advise against ordering the iron-on clothing labels. Unlike the labels I'd bought in previous years from another supplier (which weren't as pretty), the c-monetiquette labels peel off, I had to reinstall them 3 times and lost a lot of them in the wash. I had followed the instructions on heat and application time. In short, I wasted a lot of time getting ready for camp.

I received my order twice, with double charging. Certainly an error on my part, but you could have checked before responding to two identical orders on two different shipments for the same person. I have not yet tested the stickers, but I hope they are of good quality.

Hello, I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the labels. They don't wash well.

1st order placed last year, very good complete back. Labels recommended this year by 30 and very disappointed because the quality is not as good (thinner and less successful prints) and the price is high.

Hello, I ordered a snack box and a matching gourd for my son, who will soon be 3 years old, to start kindergarten. They are very pretty but unfortunately the openings are much too difficult... He can't open either the beaker or the snack box. What a shame to have to buy new ones, because he can't use them all by himself?

Unfortunately, the packaging was not ideal. A thin envelope. It was supposed to be a gift. But everything was wrinkled.

The patterns are nice, the finish is pretty, but after the first wash, most of the self-adhesive labels come off. First try with this brand, I won't be doing it again.

Super site with labels that stick very very well, however the work of the preparer is to review. Order at 45 is missing 4 label sheets and one wooden one is stained. I contacted customer service, got a quick response and was told to send back the missing labels and have the damaged one redone. Yes, but on receipt of this service, the labels are still missing. Again, I call back the service, which is always top-notch and reactive. Now we'll see if we get everything this time.

I was very pleased that my order was processed immediately (name stickers only). Less than 24 hours after placing my order, I received an email with the shipment tracking and that my stickers were on their way. My order would be there within the next 3 days. Three days turned into three weeks. I thought they wouldn't arrive. The stickers look nice but unfortunately they don't last as promised.

I made a mistake in my order. I wanted mini pencil labels and received labels 1 line wider.
