Overall disappointed. As the site suggests, my wish was to have personalized labels for guest gifts for a christening. When I received my order, one of the two designs I'd chosen was cut in half. Customer service was reactive, but first told me it was impossible to do better. A refund of 1.35 was granted. After a negative review on trustpilot, customer service called me back and offered to reissue the labels, removing the motif that had caused printing problems. The result is a bit sad, but at least I can use them...

Order/receipt very good. Excellent packaging and great result. BUT one letter of the first name on the gourd is already damaged since I only received it a few days ago and I only washed it in hot water.

Nothing to say about the quality of the products which I also recommended to acquaintances (labels items and kindergarten clothes). I would improve the timing of delivery, it went over 10 days, and most importantly I had no way to track the products.

I use them for both children for quite some years now and are brilliant and don't wash out and lift so really good product. But the waiting for them to come was like nearly 3 weeks. Really slow.

It's hard to say as the order still hasn't arrived. I just hope that the heat-sensitive labels will be more effective than the last order. They went off in the washing machine (despite 30gres) or didn't hold on to the fabric despite the instructions I followed.

I bought "qty 10" shoe labels, but they only fit 5 pairs of shoes. I went back to the site and it actually said in the detailed description "sold in packs of 5" (you had to scroll down to see the description...). So if someone wants 10 pairs of shoes, they have to order "20"... in the end it's too expensive for only 5 pairs. The other object labels are ok, but once I'd started using them, I should have gone for minis, but then again, they'd be too long and ill-proportioned. And they cost the same as the big ones! There are other sites for the same price: 150 better-proportioned mini labels for the price of 50 at c-mon étiquette... But I only saw this after ordering. Too bad.
