The labels are very pretty and come in a pretty booklet with instructions for use. That deserves a 5/5. On the other hand, they didn't hold! (I did make a second attempt with a second order) The iron-on labels peel off after washing, even at low temperature or without spinning on cotton-type fabrics... too expensive for what it is.

Hello, thank you for your order and I'm sorry to read that there's a problem with your iron-on labels. Our manufacturing process requires regular quality controls. Here are some initial points to watch out for: Problems may be caused by an iron temperature that's too low. And if you've used a steam iron, you need to turn off the steam. To ensure that your iron-on labels are properly adhered: - your textile must withstand the temperature of a 200° iron - place the label + greaseproof paper and apply strong pressure with a hot iron for 12 seconds (without steam!). - It's best to let the labels rest for 24 hours before wearing or washing the garment.
