The spout has adjustable flow but unfortunately every time you need to open it and touch it, the cap is a bit hard. Very expensive shipping charges, they raise the total price of the product. Overall, the water bottle is very nice, the material environmentally friendly and durable.

Dear Pamela, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed the cap was thought when touching things still was not a problem 🙁 We are studying an alternative solution. Also regarding shipping costs, we are considering different options: at the moment they are fixed at 6 euros so, on an order of 14 euros it is a significant cost, but for an order of, for example, 3 flasks and 3 lunchboxes, they remain at 6 euros which becomes negligible.
