When items were lost in the mail, the customer service team arranged for them to be resent. I have bought from this company many times and the name tags stay put through multiple washes and with so many fun designs, the children have so much choice to customise.

Pretty and practical, these labels have become...indispensable! Wide choice of colors and patterns. A little expensive though...
I'm very happy with my thermo-adhesive labels: you can create a cool look and they're very easy to apply. The only drawback is that they bend a little on some surfaces after washing. Ideally, you should always stick them on a label! I recommend the product!
The truth bad, at the time of ordering everything perfect but when it came to receive them all were inconvenient and heat adhesive labels for clothing look very good because they can be customized, but when used badly as they spoil facilmemte q qedan me personally no more desire to repeat

I am satisfied with the labels but during my last two orders I have the impression that the labels do not last as well over time. In addition, on both orders I ordered labels for shoes but I can no longer find the transparent stickers that were supplied to put on the label.
