Very low quality heat adhesive stickers.... are like paper many can not even stick to clothing without wrinkling or tearing. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product

Good quality and beautiful presentation. Too bad my order was incomplete and I had to send an email to get the rest. But the reactivity is to be noted because the rest was sent back to me quickly.

Labels are less resistant than in previous years

Order placed October 15 never received. Checking the site showed a generic "shipped". Made inquiry through customer service in the manner indicated, received response on second attempt via email. Everything was re-shipped to me within a few days (at no cost) and everything was as ordered. Thank you for your kindness! Sincerely.

Delivery time too long. Product meets expectations.

It is the second time I buy, and I have not yet finished with the pad of the previous purchase. Very practical and useful, at a price that matches its quality. This time I added a water bottle, and I am blown away by how good it is. It keeps the cold very well, when my son comes back from school the water is still very cold. Highly recommended.
