Given a delivery with a longer time frame than expected, I contacted customer service who gave me a thorough and satisfactory explanation, not to mention kind and courteous! The labels then arrived, beautiful and functional; I will order more as soon as possible.

Labels are easy to create. Fast shipping. Easy to apply. After washing, they seem to stay in place well. Just a little downside, my second order was less well precut. So I lost 2 labels.

At first glance, it looks like a quality product, but it remains to be seen how well the labels hold up over time.
