Outstanding site, I had issues with receiving my order, I contacted customer service who was always helpful and quick to respond. While I understood that the non-receipt was the fault of Italian Post, they took it upon themselves to reship the order free of charge. Best of all, it arrived very quickly. I will definitely buy from them again.

This is my second order, the first time I bought hot melt labels and adhesive labels for objects. This time I bought heat-sensitive and adhesive labels for shoes. The order arrived promptly and the presentation was good. I like it very much. I would buy again. The only downside is that there are few drawings.

I don't think the school pack is as good as last year. There are fewer object labels. And they used to be great to put on pencils because they were so wide. This year they're too wide. I don't know if I'll recommend my labels next year.
