Very fast delivery, the stickers are really beautiful and versatile!

I didn't like the labels, I don't know how much they cost but there are pieces of clothing that don't have large labels so you have to put them on the clothing and it says they come off if they are directly on the garment.

Great product, great service and most importantly great support. I had problems receiving the shipment due to the postal service.After 20 days, not having received the order, I contacted customer service who confirmed that it had been shipped and that the package should have been delivered by now. I received the merchandise 3 days after that email communicating it, but they had already reshipped my order and did not want me to pay for the additional merchandise shipped. For me, the helpfulness and courtesy in handling any problems demonstrate the seriousness of the company.

Loved the design of the labels and the fact you could customise them. Free delivery was a bonus. The prices was a little fiddly as had to go into each label individually - I ended up just getting all the same as it was taking too long, so if that was more streamlined it would be even better.

Discovered this brand through Petit Bateau, and so glad I did! Fast delivery and good quality from what I can see. Cannot comment of durability yet as I only start using the stickers this week, but from other reviews I read, I'm confident they'll last. Love the choices of design (background and colours etc) available to customise!!

You need to allow for more flexibility to edit an order online or have a customer service team who is able to answer quicker to update orders before they are processed.
