I still haven't received my order, the customer service doesn't answer anymore since I asked for a refund, I had to order on another site which really delivered to me. I absolutely do not recommend this site!

Great ,ordered to customize soccer clothing used right away all perfect easy to apply.
We use the iron on labels, shoe labels and stick on item labels. We LOVE them - bright, colourful and clear, fun for the children to look at, easy to apply, good price, quick turn around and so far none have come off! For context, I've been using them about 18 months 🙂

I order a dozen labels with my address, and the price seems reasonable. Except that within minutes of placing my order, I find the labels at the bottom of a drawer! I hurriedly sent a message to customer service asking them to cancel my order. No reply. My order arrived two days later, followed by a condescending e-mail from Daniella, customer service, saying "it's a bit late for a refund". Of course, it's much cheaper to leave an e-mail requesting a refund lying around, because once they've been dispatched, there's no way of returning them for a refund! With such methods, their turnover must be comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it!
