After three years of ordering from this site without any problems, this year it's a catastrophe. The labels never arrived, even though it was noted that delivery was guaranteed before the start of the school year. I had to call customer service time and time again to get a return by colissimo. Their service has no view on the tracking of packages, so I have to wait to get a return. 15 days later I received my labels with a different design than the one selected, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me.

I did not like the delivery method, because I was not allowed to put my home address, unlike in previous years. I had to choose a local store and when the package arrived there they told the postal worker that they were no longer receiving them there, the postal worker contacted me and I had to contact him to pick up my package, so the delivery was quite cumbersome.
