The gourd is very pretty! The only downside is that we don't have a choice of stopper. A metal stopper that screws on with a carabiner, and the possibility of buying a separate one in case it breaks.

They are very responsive with small incidents...I claimed that something was missing from my order and they sent it to me very quickly and with a double gift of stickers.

Quality product ? second time I've ordered the self-adhesive clothing labels. They hold up very well to washing. Very fast shipping.

By my mistake I thought I ordered the iron-on labels and instead I got the object labels...well I'm using them anyway on my clothes and bibs and they won't come off even washing them in hot water

Used to ordering iron-on labels, this time I ordered 2 personalized water bottles. On receipt, my daughter's bottle was leaking, so we thought it was the stopper that was faulty. After-sales service sent me a new one, but after trying it with the 2nd stopper from my son's bottle, which wasn't leaking, the problem was still there. It was in fact the bottle that had a problem, more precisely the screw thread. After exchanging photos with the after-sales service, a bottle was sent back to me! I can only confirm my umpteenth experience with C-monétiquette 😉

Dissatisfied with service completely

I ordered labels and water bottle and everything arrived after a week. This is the second time I have ordered from Petit-Fernand and again I was fully satisfied.

The labels don't fit because they're too big with the drawings on each side, so you have to cut them or fold them over the label. They don't come out the same color as we thought they would be rainbow-colored, but they're very pale and more girlish than boyish. We'll be more vigilant next time and go for something simpler.

Really practical! This year, the children themselves chose the color of their labels, their motif and their font. They couldn't wait to receive them! They weren't disappointed. Nor were I! They wash well.

Last year I also bought and the ones on the shoes came with an envelope sticker and I thought it was a better option this year without a transparent sticker.
