Labels arrived quickly with standard postal service. Nice and with good adhesive. The small ones for objects, when pasted on pencils or markers struggle to adhere well along the edges but have not come off yet; for the ones for ironing I can't give a rating yet because I only used once and the shoe labels I haven't used yet. However overall I think it is a good product. I will definitely buy again.

The labels look very nice (unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to see them live yet) but the delivery time is really eternal.... 18 days (as of today, but I still don't know how many more I have to wait!) to deliver on Turin seems to me frankly too long.
The product very good, just as it is on the web, the labels on the clothes do not harden with washing so it does not hurt the skin of my child and do not lose color or deteriorate, I really liked the designs, there is variety to choose from, the only thing that did not arrive in the time indicated but did not take much longer than you might expect, otherwise everything very well and I am happy with my order....

An order that took more than 3 weeks to arrive. In the end, delivered by a deliveryman who didn't care about delivering his product properly and bottles that aren't in my children's name (ordering error?) .... where are my bottles that I never received???? What's more, I've got the full .... I asked for a refund and to date, despite numerous polite messages explaining my disastrous situation as a customer (I don't think you could do any worse), I haven't had a single customer service call back to apologize or offer me a solution. So I asked for a refund, and like everything else, C-Monétiquette left me in absolute silence .... I sincerely regret this order and I'm not about to recommend this site. My children who needed these water bottles still don't have any .... I'm more than dissatisfied, I don't think I've ever experienced such deplorable customer service on the internet.
