This is the third time I've ordered one. Very nice print quality. Colors and patterns are faithful to the chosen model. Easy to apply and very long-lasting on objects and clothing. I highly recommend it and I'm already telling all the moms around me about it. Thank you B.

Communication doesn't work very well: not reading in time my order cancellation request made 10 minutes after the order itself, the product was clearly put into production and shipped. They justified themselves by saying that since I had sent multiple cancellation requests (since they were not responding and since I wanted them not to put the production in place) and therefore multiple emails, and responding to them as they arrived, they did not arrive in time to stop the order because they did not read the emails. So something in the communication is obviously not working. The labels arrived: very nice and well made; I still haven't had a chance to test their strength or even see how they adhere to fabrics and how they react to washing... Also there: I paid 25 for 110 pieces and that's not cheap. They shipped by regular mail so they could get lost and no one would know anything about it...and I dread to imagine if there was talk of a refund...however everything arrived in the end thankfully! I give 3 stars because the labels are cute and well made. Otherwise flop!
