They ask for my opinion and I haven't even received my order, this is the height of cheek. I need a refund of what I paid for something that never arrived.

I find the iron-on labels so quick and easy to use. As you can customise them, you can identify clothing very easily and they look good. After a few washes, however, I find that they start to peel a little, but you just have to keep an eye on it and fix it again with an iron.
Quality product, reasonable price according to the product. Slow in shipping. Poor returns service. I have been waiting 10 days for them to tell me how to return what I bought. They give a phone number to which no one answers. It's a shame because the product is very good

I ordered the labels on September 8. They have not yet arrived. I contact customer service. Only automated responses where they ask me if the shipping address was correct. Then they shrug it off by saying that they delivered the package to the postal service on Sept. 10 (so on the promised time) and that the delay is not their fault. The package is obviously not traceable. To have controllable service, paying fair postage (an option I would have preferred when ordering but not offered!) I should have bought a custom water bottle/lunch box/cup. Meanwhile, I paid for it anyway.
