I received an order that was not mine. If mine went to another customer it had my phone number on it and that bothers me. My order finally took a month and a half. I didn't even get a reward.

I still haven't received the order

Disappointed. I usually order labels and have never had a problem, until now. I placed an order at the end of January and it still hasn't arrived. The email that answers my request is a robot and no one confirms if they are going to send me a new order or not.

Purchase of a profuit with choice of additional piurificatikn fast delivery in 2 /3 days. Delivery 12 days later. I don't need these labels anymore...

Didn't arrive. Ordered on the 12th and nothing.

Had ordered 2 snack tins. Unfortunately they do not look like the picture. The emblems are stuck on the tin like stickers, one of them was stuck on crooked. Unfortunately not very durable. No longer usable after half a year. Discolored and bubbles under the sticker. Not recommended.

I would not buy again. They charged me almost 10 euros for shipping and it took more than a week. There are label suppliers much faster and without charging so much for shipping.

Product still has not arrived. Ordered on 21.1.2024. Wont be a returning customer!! Had to get some more labels on amazon next day.

Always used Petit Fernand however I've recently placed an order and on two separate occasions the order arrived with someone else's personalised stickers.

My first order got lost. The tracker said delivered but I never received it so ask for the any form of record that it was delivered to right address but did not get anything. So I asked for full refund but they sent the order again which has been more than a week but has not arrived yet. Their customer service was not helpful at all, in fact they were very defensive. I have now switched to another supplier and I will never be buying from this place again.

On the web it said that the order would arrive in 24/48 hours. I received it yesterday February 14, when I ordered it on January 19. They were labels for my grandmother, who, in this month of delay, has passed away. So the labels are no longer of any use to me, besides the displeasure of receiving them with her name on them, days after her death. Very bad experience. I will not repeat with you.

I have still not received the labels I ordered. When I ask, I only get an answer in another language! What a pity

I thought that the clothing/shoe labels would have a fabric finish and not be laminated. I don't find that very pleasant, but on top of that, some of them have already come unstuck... I'm pretty disappointed...

The order arrived very late and what I received does not correspond to what I ordered.

Very disappointed by the delivery time! 15 days to receive the order! My son will be going on his school trip without his labelled things! Nb: a good marker did the trick! Never again

A month later it says delivered and I have not received anything. The customer service phone is NOT free, they make excuses and say that they will send it again. From the time you order until everything arrives, always with some problem in between, 2-3 months. On the other hand, bad printing QUALITY. It looks pixelated. I have ordered several times just in case there have really been punctual errors but in ALL the orders I have had some kind of problem. I really do not repeat

I can't give you my opinion because we still haven't received the labels... we had to order some urgently from another site.

I ordered because it said dispatched within 48 hours. Order took more then 2 days to be dispatched and delivery time was ridiculously long. Took nearly 4 weeks to get my order!

My first order did not arrive and supposedly they have reshipped it to me but since January 30 I still have not received it.

The delivery times are very long and there are always delays in the orders. At the beginning of using this site everything worked much better and the delivery times were shorter.

Disappointed with my last order of self-adhesive clothing labels for my son. The labels would not peel off the backing...and once peeled off, it was impossible to stick them on easily... and above all, they were badly cut... Disappointed with this order
