I bought 2 sets of snack boxes and water bottles, one for my daughter in 2020 and one for my son in August 2023 for a total of 90. After 4 months of use, my son's box is cracked and the bottle cap broken. I was kindly told that the purchase was more than 3 months old, so it was no longer their problem, but they gave me a 20% discount code for a new order! Unacceptable considering the price of the products! I'd already had a problem with my daughter's water bottle and had to buy a new cap. In short, not up to scratch!

Had ordered 2 snack tins. Unfortunately they do not look like the picture. The emblems are stuck on the tin like stickers, one of them was stuck on crooked. Unfortunately not very durable. No longer usable after half a year. Discolored and bubbles under the sticker. Not recommended.

My first order got lost. The tracker said delivered but I never received it so ask for the any form of record that it was delivered to right address but did not get anything. So I asked for full refund but they sent the order again which has been more than a week but has not arrived yet. Their customer service was not helpful at all, in fact they were very defensive. I have now switched to another supplier and I will never be buying from this place again.

On the web it said that the order would arrive in 24/48 hours. I received it yesterday February 14, when I ordered it on January 19. They were labels for my grandmother, who, in this month of delay, has passed away. So the labels are no longer of any use to me, besides the displeasure of receiving them with her name on them, days after her death. Very bad experience. I will not repeat with you.
