I paid extra to receive the labels within 48 hours. They arrived a week later! So useless for me. I contacted customer service who didn't reply. To be avoided!

I didn't receive any of my orders! Not having a tracking number is not acceptable!

Quite disappointed with the water bottle that leaks when bent over. I put it in the lunch bag during a walk and the inside of the bag was soaked, the gourd was well aimed and closed but leaked through the small hole near the straw. Nice gourd but not practical. I wouldn't recommend it.

The gourd is leaking and you haven't responded to my request for a return and refund.

I bought 2 sets of snack boxes and water bottles, one for my daughter in 2020 and one for my son in August 2023 for a total of 90. After 4 months of use, my son's box is cracked and the bottle cap broken. I was kindly told that the purchase was more than 3 months old, so it was no longer their problem, but they gave me a 20% discount code for a new order! Unacceptable considering the price of the products! I'd already had a problem with my daughter's water bottle and had to buy a new cap. In short, not up to scratch!

Made an order on 19th Feb - it's now the 13th Mar and my order still hasn't arrived.

I received an order that was not mine. If mine went to another customer it had my phone number on it and that bothers me. My order finally took a month and a half. I didn't even get a reward.

Disappointed. I usually order labels and have never had a problem, until now. I placed an order at the end of January and it still hasn't arrived. The email that answers my request is a robot and no one confirms if they are going to send me a new order or not.

Purchase of a profuit with choice of additional piurificatikn fast delivery in 2 /3 days. Delivery 12 days later. I don't need these labels anymore...

Didn't arrive. Ordered on the 12th and nothing.

Had ordered 2 snack tins. Unfortunately they do not look like the picture. The emblems are stuck on the tin like stickers, one of them was stuck on crooked. Unfortunately not very durable. No longer usable after half a year. Discolored and bubbles under the sticker. Not recommended.

I would not buy again. They charged me almost 10 euros for shipping and it took more than a week. There are label suppliers much faster and without charging so much for shipping.

Always used Petit Fernand however I've recently placed an order and on two separate occasions the order arrived with someone else's personalised stickers.

My first order got lost. The tracker said delivered but I never received it so ask for the any form of record that it was delivered to right address but did not get anything. So I asked for full refund but they sent the order again which has been more than a week but has not arrived yet. Their customer service was not helpful at all, in fact they were very defensive. I have now switched to another supplier and I will never be buying from this place again.

On the web it said that the order would arrive in 24/48 hours. I received it yesterday February 14, when I ordered it on January 19. They were labels for my grandmother, who, in this month of delay, has passed away. So the labels are no longer of any use to me, besides the displeasure of receiving them with her name on them, days after her death. Very bad experience. I will not repeat with you.

I thought that the clothing/shoe labels would have a fabric finish and not be laminated. I don't find that very pleasant, but on top of that, some of them have already come unstuck... I'm pretty disappointed...

The order arrived very late and what I received does not correspond to what I ordered.

Very disappointed by the delivery time! 15 days to receive the order! My son will be going on his school trip without his labelled things! Nb: a good marker did the trick! Never again
