The labels are really nice. On the other hand, we'd also bought some sandwich boxes and we're pretty disappointed. We thought it would be printed on the box, but it's just a sticker. Less nice and let's hope it sticks... but I'll say it again, the labels are impeccable.

I usually buy the labels to stick with an iron and this time I bought the ones that don't need it. Until they arrived I didn't know that they can't be glued directly on the garment, or that they have to "rest" for 24 hours. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention before buying them, but I would have chosen another option.

I am on my 3rd order and the textile labels are top notch.

Adhesive clothing labels peel off and the material is very plastic, depending on the type of skin it causes redness.

Pretty labels, but they sometimes come off in the wash. Too bad

Easy to use but not very effective after two or three washes, so not great.

The design is very nice, but we'll have to see how it holds up over time. However, the smallest size for the pencils is too big, different from the photos. A bit disappointed

Very good, except that late on the day before the (good) order I wanted to take the green toiletry bag, but with my mobile phone it was impossible to place the order! So I waited until the next day to place an order via PC, and it was no longer available (a small disappointment). The delivery took much longer than announced, the order was for my daughter who was going away to camp and it arrived after she had left.

I haven't had any problems with their products (last year I ordered from them and everything was perfect). I have a big problem with delivery. Avoid chronopost! I placed my order on July 12, it's now July 23 and I still haven't received my order, which was supposed to arrive at a relay point. I called chronopost, my parcel was supposed to be delivered today and I still haven't received anything, delivery is still delayed ... I sent an e-mail to the c mon etiquette site, which offered me a refund or a new shipment directly to my address. I chose the second option. Now I'm waiting to see if I'll receive my parcel ...

The labels do not detach easily from the backing, so I damaged several, whereas I had no problem with the last one.

I've placed several orders in the past and have been completely satisfied, but this time I'm disappointed: the labels I put on just a week ago are already coming undone, which has never happened to me with previous batches.

I'm a bit disappointed with the water bottle caps on the old ones. They don't hold well and they break. It's a real shame. The new system looks much better but I can't afford to buy new bottles when they're from last summer...

The labels are nice but they take a long time to arrive, more than indicated. Besides, they were supposed to arrive in a mailbox (normal shipping) and they arrived by registered mail, which is a problem for me since I am never at home and in my town they only open the post office 2 hours a day in the mornings.

I supplied you for the children's first years of school. I went back to buy labels for some field trips and did as well as usual.

I was very annoyed that I could not send to my home address I live in Belgium but have a German cell phone number ... for this reason I could not give my Belgian address .

Great design. Lots of choice. Everything held up after the first wash. Therefore not full stars for now. Price is also okay.

Hello I was disappointed that the name was a sticker and name not serious on the gourd. Surely this was mentioned and sorry if this was the case. Otherwise very nice product

The express delivery didn't work and I received the order more than a week later, so it was too late. It would be good to use a service other than Chronopost, which obviously doesn't do its part. I was nevertheless satisfied with C Mon Étiquette's customer service, which was available and responsive in trying to solve my problem.

Labels wash off...

The product is great but was delivered to a relay point not chosen and far from my home.

I ordered some labels and I'm a bit disappointed, the pattern I chose on my labels is half cut on the sides. The result is not necessarily the same as the image before ordering.

My first order a few years ago went very well. I ordered 10 days ago labels for clothes, the design is very nice (choice in customization) fast shipping but I did not really like the quality of labels: very hard to detach so it is easy to deform a corner label to catch and there are even sometimes the first transparent plastic film of the label next to it that comes with it I think we should review the precutting to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

I had ordered two years ago for my first daughter. I find that the choice and quantity of labels has been greatly reduced. For example, we can no longer change the pattern depending on the type of label. That's a shame. But the quality is still very good. To be seen with future washes. The booklet was also of better quality before.

I didn't know that in the pack of 100 labels, they all had the same shape/size. I preferred last year when the sizes were all different.

Envelope in poor condition And long delivery

I'm disappointed, although I've ordered several times. This time if I ordered small labels with flowers around but the cut and made so that I have no flower on the label when I peel, it's a shame my daughter and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this type of label next time.

I'm very happy with the labels, but a little surprised by the size, which is just a little big for labelling pens. I wanted to order a 2nd batch, but it was impossible to find my previous order, even with the number of the 1st.

Product debited although it was out of stock For my part not very sincere way of proceeding not having been warned when placing my order that I would encounter this problem hence numerous exchanges of emails with the sales department .... and in return no gesture for the disappointed customer ..... for a first approach! pity! Gourd with straw, the gourd is very pretty but the lid doesn't seem to be of great quality, to be seen with time. They say there's an air hole right next to the straw, so if the child leans over a little to drink, it spills. Then they say 480 ml, but you put in 400/430, no more. I warned them, but they didn't make up for it.

Disappointed, the label plates came off as soon as I received them.

Delivery incomplete ... I'm missing the main name tags and foot tags.

I chose a gourd color that was not available. Changed the color and nothing. I had to call again because I wasn't receiving anything. I ordered several times from c mon étiquette and these last orders were rather tedious, much to my regret!

Extremely disappointed by the gourds, we used the gourd once, I washed it by hand and the name is already gone.

Labels not of good quality

For the lunch box, the personalization is in fact a glued label. We'll have to see if it holds up over time with repeated washing. As for the water bottles, some of the patterns are already starting to wear off.

The labels are pretty but too expensive

Quick and careful delivery BUT: My son's forehead is stuck in the cap when he drinks. There's a small hole to release the air when he sucks through the straw, but as soon as the bottle is turned upside down, all the water comes out through it. I'd have to think of a one-way valve to avoid this problem, or I'd have to use scotch tape, but when he sucks for too long, it depressurizes and all the water comes out through the seal, so in any case he gets soaked. The quality of the materials is very average, and once you've dropped the stroller, the paintwork is already damaged and marks are visible on the cap.
