Has not arrived

More than 10 days of waiting and still nothing has arrived. Baby started kindergarten without the labels. Kudos for the lack of organization.

Personalized water bottle and labels, arrived at two different times, but with quick delivery and letter of apology. Very cute and well-finished water bottle, sturdy and with fairly easy mechanism to open, but a bit hard for a 5-year-old girl who uses it independently at school. It could use a small loop on the side so that it could possibly be hooked onto a carabiner. The tags are nice and well printed. I have not personally used them, but gave them as gifts.

Very good quality the labels hold really well I bought a back to school pack for my 6 year old daughter there are all iron-on labels or labels to stick directly on the clothing as well as labels for objects shoes etc. I also had some labels made for my 2nd daughter's entry into nursery school and I really recommend it.

Delivery time (2 weeks!) is much longer than advertised. Some iron-on labels for clothing come partially off when washed (albeit at 30°), despite adherence to the gluing instructions. That said, I'd like to commend the design of the labels and their presentation in booklets.

Beautiful labels, perfectly in line with the presentation on the website. Shipped in a small booklet with very neat and friendly packaging! Very quick receipt of labels.

After 15 days I still have not received anything, they have a contact telephone number in Spain, but it is absolutely useless. Since all attempts to contact them have been null (and I can assure you that there have been quite a few). A few days ago I wrote an email and I have not received any response. Zero customer service!

I placed my order on 4th Sept (it's now 2nd Oct) and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been emailing my concerns only to receive repetitive replies of the same email stating that my order is on its way and should be with me within 10days of ordering. Every time I ask for a refund my emails are ignored. The telephone number given for customer service doesn't seem to work, it goes straight to voicemail and I'm still to receive a call back. I'm very dissatisfied & frustrated 🙁
