The ordering process was great. It was so easy to customise my order and my labels were delivered quickly. I've had no problems with the stick-on shoe labels or iron-on labels. The stick-on clothing labels are so easy to use; however, I've had some come off after the first wash whilst others are still going strong after 5+ washes. I've noticed that they stick better on tags that are shiny material and tend to come off the tags that are more of a woven material.
