Fast and compliant.

Purchased for my son. In addition to the customization of the graphics, I included his first and last name; very useful for not misplacing it on the various campuses/sports/summer centers. Right now we have only used cool drinks and, it holds the temperature optimally. We will also try it with warm meets in the winter. Absolutely recommended!!!

Like every year, I order the labels to mark the belongings of my youngest and I am completely satisfied. After multiple washes the labels remain in place.

Fast shipping. Package of stickers done very well with directions on how to apply them (whether on clothes or objects). There are extra cute stickers in different patterns. Great product.

Shipping takes a little while, but otherwise everything is perfect.

It is a scam. They charge you and don't send you the stickers... they don't give you your money back either !

I have been waiting for my order for 1 month. The customer service phone does not answer. And the emails are answered late and with an automatic message. I am disappointed.

I am not satisfied because I did not receive my order! And I paid the extra 1 euro for postage, because my parcel was not stamped and that's why it's missing or really late!

Nice drawings and good material...however, the water bottle instructions are not there in Italian.... would need to make them!

I still have not received my order and I placed it at the beginning of September. I have complained and I still haven't received it. I have already written an email to the company but I still haven't received the product.

They look great and are easy to put on clothes, and they do not unhook when washing.

Really deceptive marketing, and poor customer service. I ordered specially for a school camp with one week to go. I chose Petit Fernaud because their instagram advert all hinged on "dispatched within 48 hours" and given that it was a .co.uk website I assumed that everything would be fine. HOWEVER it appears it is a French company and only after dispatch do you get a mail that says it can take a further 2 weeks for delivery. So eventually my labels arrived the day AFTER my son got back from camp. They are thus completely useless to me, but I get no response to emails to customer service about a refund.
