Very long delivery time and poor post order customer service, there should be an update on receiving, preparing, and sending goods. Since we received the charge we haven't heard anything for days and days finally receiving the goods after an unjustified time, if you then consider the very high costs compared to competitors in the market.

Very bad delivery service... I placed an order on 7/9 that was supposed to arrive in 3 days to 10 max and on 28/9 I still haven't had delivery, I wasn't notified of the delay, to this day I don't know where the goods are and if they will be delivered to me

I really liked the labels I got for my daughter. I first ordered 50 clothing labels, but I hadn't realized that they were iron-on labels, tools I don't have at home, so I reordered 2 days later for object labels. My daughter is delighted to be able to stick labels with her name on them. Very good value for money, sticks well on clothes, check after washing.
