The labels purchased are very beautiful and useful, but the delivery time from payment made is really too long. Purchased on September 12, arrived on September 26....seems really excessive to me

Excellent online store! Very nice labels. I thought a set of labels was missing, I wrote to customer service and got a very quick response. And the set of labels wasn't missing, it was just stuck to another set.
Excellent quality, it would be nice if there were more themes to choose from (even for older children).
Batch of labels received complete and usable after more than 3 weeks after several reminders and complaints due to the first delivery being incomplete and defective (2 weeks for the first delivery). Self-adhesive clothing labels that don't stick, or don't stick for more than a week. A shame when you order from this merchant for this particular product. Even more of a shame because the labels are really, really pretty.

Great, stick really well. It's my 2nd order. I ordered over a year ago and the label still on my daughters uniform, hasn't came off at all.

A sticker for the ëitems' has been lost already- thought they'd be extra, extra adhesive but seem like regular stickers! So a bit overpriced in my opinion. They are pretty- but not worth the money. The clothes ones seem ok but yet to wash. Nicely presented in a little booklet- so an extra mark for that.
Good quality labels, dishwasher and washing machine resistant; beautiful colors; among the labels ordered, I received some with another name. delivery took longer than last year, about a week. for the iron-on labels I didn't receive greaseproof paper.

I am more or less satisfied with the labels ordered on your site. I received my order in my mailbox. But I was very disappointed with an order for my 3 year old daughter who has a food intolerance, so I placed an order for a lunch box with the fabric bag and the pack of maternal labels, which cost me 60.00euros. I found the delay long and your delivery partner "colissimo" says it delivered the little package to my letterbox, but I didn't see it inside. So be careful with colissimo deliveries without a signature because no recourse is possible. So I was really disappointed and my orders will only be for your labels.
