Goods not received

Unfortunately despite entering the work address it was sent to my home address. I no longer reside there but fortunately I know who lives there and was able to bring the letter to me, otherwise it would have been much longer. About 3 weeks have passed since the order was placed. The quality of the product meets expectations.

The labels are beautiful but outside the delivery period, too late.

Great! I'm never disappointed. Delivery took a little longer than usual, but that's understandable with the start of the new school year! However, I won't be buying any more "packs" because you can't choose more than one logo - it's the same for all the labels.

I have not received my order, how do I claim it?

I have purchased several times on Petit-Fernand and have always had a great time. The variety in font choice is very wide, the deals on packages are affordable, the quality of the stickers excellent, and the shipping is quite fast. I would choose it again!

Received after almost 1 month.

Beautiful, super resistant to washer, dryer and even seawater (object labels put on sand toys). Great customer service. Answer to a question I had in less than two hours.

Very disappointed, there was no transparent board for the shoe labels, so the water green color turns gray or peels off... I had just taken shoe labels as well as those for the clothes, so I placed a small order because I still had to pass them on. When you pay for a 28 pack, you get everything, and for a small order, it's sloppy and not serious.

Nice labels and a wide selection. Very happy with the shoe model, the object models and the squares to stick on clothes. Less satisfied with the iron-on ones, as none of them have stood up to washing over time. The ones to stick on clothing labels are a better choice for me. Very fast delivery.

Absolutely disappointed. I received someone else's order. I emailed the company & I sent them a message via Instagram....no one bothered to reply back. I then rang them and they said that they will resend the order. I still haven't received it, I have since sent them another message to which they have failed to reply to.

We ordered the first days of September ...we are still waiting to receive(September 27) ... yet we don't live at the end of the world....

I placed my order 22 days ago, it was supposed to be from 5 to 10, and I still have not received anything, I was told to verify the address, I did it and this is 4 days ago and I still have no answer.

I love the products - they're faultless and really well designed. I've had mostly good experiences, but wasn't happy about waiting nearly a month for one of the products I ordered. I found that disappointing.

I have left my order to a neighbor.... Lucky it's a village and we know each other.... Very bad service.

Very nice labels and conform to the image of the order . They stick very well. Only criticism found the waiting time a bit long.

Order placed on 7/9/2019, as of today (27/9) I still haven't received anything.... I am sorry, especially for my daughter who cared so much about it. From customer service they told me to be patient until 26/9, at this point I can only leave a negative review since they don't even answer emails anymore...

I love them! They are super cute.

Prefect labels the only drawback is the shipping is not in 48 hours. Two weeks is too long!
