Labels received very quickly and happy with the result, but gourd received a long time later and customer service unreachable.
I bought the TERMOADESIVE labels but unfortunately on some types of fabrics they come off at the first wash

A few years ago I ordered the thermoadhesive labels for my toddler starting kindergarten and I was satisfied, durable and colorful, very cute and useful. Now that he has started elementary school, I have ordered them for items and I must say that even on pencils and markers they really work great. I will definitely reorder for the little girl when she goes to daycare!

I bought stickers on the web and by mistake they put in the shopping cart another model different from the one I chose. I contacted Petit Fernand to report the problem and they confirmed that in the basket there was another different model and they have not helped me nor have they answered me more to see what solution we give to the problem.
