Unfortunately it took two weeks to be delivered. I was expecting my product in less than 3 days as it was advertised. I had to send an email asking about my product. There was no information prior that.

I have always been satisfied with the shipment At the reception and with the labels this time much, much delay on the reception of the reminder 3 times so that they send me back the labels which I did not receive with the first sending.

Really great labels for children's school clothes, colours and pictures to suit so when my daughter was in dolphins we used the picture with her name. No fuss, no stress, no mess. Brilliant

Hi, I ordered a lunch bag, a water bottle and labels, I paid the shipping costs which, on an order of 40 euros, was 6 euros. I received the labels in the mailbox, the water bottle by courier and the lunch bag has not arrived yet. I think the company needs to improve its policy on shipping goods both economically and logistically. You cannot send the material of one order in several installments, I have never seen such a case.

Just a little long delivery time

They took longer than expected to arrive. I ordered from his company and another one at the same time. The other company's arrived much sooner.

The truth is that it was a little expensive, but everything was very nice and of first quality. And it arrived very quickly. My little girl is very happy.

It was written that I would be delivered in 48 hours, but the labels arrived a week later. My son was going on a school trip (yes, so early for a new school year) and I needed everything labelled (clothes, water bottle, suitcase, shoes, ....) and I didn't receive the labels beforehand, nor even a reply to my email.

I always buy the labels with petit-Fernand and I repeat every year. Everything is perfect. My only downside is that they take a long time to arrive, you have to order them in advance.

Thermoadhesive labels good, while those to be applied on clothing label sometimes come off during washing.

AFTER 15 DAYS STILL NOTHING. I PLACED AN ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 11. TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 26 AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED YET. I RECOMMEND THEIR ITALIAN COMPETITORS, FROM WHOM I ORDERED IN THE MEANTIME AND THEY HAVE ALREADY DELIVERED THE LABELS TO ME.

Super labels and good quality, I had a problem with delivery following my notice has a problem with the post office, customer service was very responsive.
