It took a long time!
Very nice presentation, my son loved it, it arrived on time.

The stub with several labels is very good but it should have more heat seal labels. I received the stub two weeks after I ordered it, the delivery time was too long.
The packaging where they come in is beautiful and they come with several stickers as a gift. They are water resistant and super easy to put on. I recommend them 100%.

Delivery time not respected customer service not up to expectations
The background color of the labels was just as I'd chosen. The labels have held up well on the sweatshirts, but 2 have already come off after washing on the T-shirts. I've just put them on (with an iron) and don't yet have any long-term experience after multiple washes.

I never received my order, after several reminder emails to which I received the same reply twice, informing me that postal delivery times can vary. It's been over 3 weeks since my order was placed!
It has taken 20 days to arrive, fatal!!!!!
The labels are very pretty, and there's an interesting choice of colors and patterns. On the other hand, I was kind of tricked because the site allows you to create your own personalized labels, but if you change a piece of information on the first label, for example, it also changes the last label. So you have to check everything before validating, because I end up with the last big labels with double information...
I haven't received the labels and I haven't heard back from customer service... disappointed.
