Quick and easy

This time it took a long time for my orders to arrive.

Having not received my order, I can't be happy! But I have to wait until after 5pm on the 25th to contact you. Which I will certainly do!

I am satisfied. Easy, pretty..... but I'm thinking of trying others because : - I really regret that the label is so big (objects and iron-on)... - some recently placed labels are already peeling off (but here I leave it to my daughter's quibbling).

The order has 100% met our expectations. We received it in the estimated time and the quality of the products and the guidelines sent for their use could not be better. They even send you some stickers for the kids with super cute animals, I thought it was a detail. Very satisfied with the purchase;)

Unfortunately, more than 10 days passed between ordering and delivery, which I would not have expected given the promise of production within 48 hours. In addition, the product is unfortunately not as high quality as I would have expected for the price. It's all plastic glue, which leads to extra sweating in shoes, for example. What a shame!

Nice variety, nice patterns, very fast, however iron-on labels tend to peel off slightly after one or two washes.

I have not received the backpack, which was a gift The cup is ceramic and not plastic and the website did not say anything about the material. I received the mug first and then in a few days the labels. I do not advise it, I am still waiting for the backpack, but I think they will never send it to me!

My order never arrived. It was shipped on 11/9 and as of today 24/9 after 13 days it still has not been delivered. UPDATE: The order finally arrived on 9/30. Everything as ordered. Too bad about the waiting time.

I should have received the order on the 19th and I still do not have it, it is impossible to contact this company to find out where my order is, they do not answer the mails, on the phone no one ever answers you just an answering machine. The service is terrible.

Perfect quality. They adhere incredibly well to clothes and objects and last a long time. The bad thing is that they took a long time to arrive and I had to make do with other manual labels that I made to label school material and clothes. Very nice layout of the stickers and iron-on labels. Easy to use, quick to get an overview. Designing online is simple. Good selection of motifs, colors, backgrounds. Care is taken to ensure that not all backgrounds match all font colors (you can then only choose from a few colors). Everything is very well thought out and designed. The price is a bit higher than other providers, but it is totally worth it, you get a really great functional product. The only thing that wasn't right was the 48 hours from order to dispatch. It took 5 days to dispatch and then another 5 days for the delivery to arrive in the letterbox. I don't think it's a bad thing, as I think there is more or less to do depending on the order situation. Just order in good time and be happy when it arrives. I would order again and can only recommend it to others.
