Very practical. Fast delivery.
I never received my order, after several reminder emails to which I received the same reply twice, informing me that postal delivery times can vary. It's been over 3 weeks since my order was placed!
It has taken 20 days to arrive, fatal!!!!!
The labels are very pretty, and there's an interesting choice of colors and patterns. On the other hand, I was kind of tricked because the site allows you to create your own personalized labels, but if you change a piece of information on the first label, for example, it also changes the last label. So you have to check everything before validating, because I end up with the last big labels with double information...
I haven't received the labels and I haven't heard back from customer service... disappointed.

I am satisfied. Easy, pretty..... but I'm thinking of trying others because : - I really regret that the label is so big (objects and iron-on)... - some recently placed labels are already peeling off (but here I leave it to my daughter's quibbling).
The order has 100% met our expectations. We received it in the estimated time and the quality of the products and the guidelines sent for their use could not be better. They even send you some stickers for the kids with super cute animals, I thought it was a detail. Very satisfied with the purchase;)

Unfortunately, more than 10 days passed between ordering and delivery, which I would not have expected given the promise of production within 48 hours. In addition, the product is unfortunately not as high quality as I would have expected for the price. It's all plastic glue, which leads to extra sweating in shoes, for example. What a shame!

My order never arrived. It was shipped on 11/9 and as of today 24/9 after 13 days it still has not been delivered. UPDATE: The order finally arrived on 9/30. Everything as ordered. Too bad about the waiting time.

I should have received the order on the 19th and I still do not have it, it is impossible to contact this company to find out where my order is, they do not answer the mails, on the phone no one ever answers you just an answering machine. The service is terrible.
