This is my second order. This time I am really dissatisfied! Only after a request (one week later) when the order will be shipped, a partial delivery was sent. The customer should be informed when ordering that the order will not be dispatched after 48 hours, AS PROMISED. Then everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to wait months for the order or not. Three weeks have now passed and the rest of the order has still not been dispatched. Zero information. Nothing. But the money was debited directly. Should have ordered somewhere else. I will definitely not order from esistmeins again.
