Order arrived too late and therefore useless!

Order arrived very late compared to what was said on the site. If I had known, I wouldn't have taken it because now it's useless. It's a shame

I'm sorry to rate so low. I have systematically experienced delays in deliveries and production. Each time I order, it's a new adventure. It's a pity because the quality of the product is top notch.

I still haven't received my order

I ordered a set of 30 clothing labels and followed the ironing procedure with the paper. To my great surprise, the label came off half of the garment at 60° in the washing machine, and completely in the dryer. I'm thinking of ordering no more and looking elsewhere.

Late dispatch of labels (ordered 11 days before my son's departure for snow class) labels received in letterbox when my son had already left. Not only did I waste money, but I had to find a fallback solution (thanks Amazon).

Order placed but not processed in time ( 48h as indicated) and therefore delayed dispatch. (1 week later) I was not informed and had to call myself to find out the status of my order. Not satisfied with the service.

Order placed on January 11th, it's now the 28th and I still haven't received anything.

Received my order late. Bought it for my son's snow class and didn't receive it on time! I won't be able to use it.

The labels don't hold despite all the recommendations.

Sent to wrong address. Thankfully the person who they delivered it to came to my door to give to me.

After three washes, the labels have peeled off. I'm disappointed with the quality of the product.

Hello, I'm sorry to have to write this comment, but considering the price I paid for the self-adhesive labels, I have to tell you how disappointed I am, because the labels don't stand up to washing, even at very low temperatures.

After 20 days from the date of the order I received an email that the order has been delivered and if I want to share my opinion! Well, my opinion is that it's just a fraudulent site!

I still haven't received my order placed on January 3rd ... Customer service is telling me to wait but it's starting to take a long time and I'm convinced that the order is lost!

I ordered 40 thermo adhesive labels more than a week ago and to this day nothing? All the nursery does is ask me! Frankly, it's too much, I had to go to a supermarket in a hurry to buy some, money that's still lost???? If I had known, I would never have placed an order with you.

Hello, Order placed on December 29, I am told that the package has been delivered, I have received nothing. It's already 16/01/24 and I'm very unhappy.

The stickers don't stay on the clothing. I followed the instructions, very simple to follow as there isn't much to it, just leaving them stuck to item 24 hours before wearing and washing. Many clothing items came back with no stickers and the few that did, I'd wash and find stickers all in my washing machine. Waste of money, not happy. The product itself looks nice, I like that you can design it how you want it to look. But it's pointless as it doesn't stay on.

The labels are cute, but I needed to label WASHING CLOTHES in a nursing home. Unfortunately, the product delivered was not suitable for this purpose.

Never received order

I made an order and waiting for 2 weeks to get it. Moneys are gone, but nothing arrived. Waiting for any order confirmation still.

2nd time I ordered but the delivery time was 10 working days . Some models chosen black background red writing were well readable on the site Printed rendering is not readable. I don't like it at all

I have not received my order for more than 18 days I have written 2 emails requesting information and I only receive the automatic response which in my case is null and void The service is terrible perverse

The package arrived very late. I was unable to deliver it as a holiday gift. It was two separate orders and only one booklet was sent, so I had to cut some simple labels to make both gifts. Bad management. I should have received two separate packages.

It was terrible. My order has not arrived. I have several days claiming and nobody tells me anything.
