I never received the order

The labels are of good quality but the prices have become too expensive.too bad

The stickers are great, but they couldn't send me a rubber seal for the bottle. The bottle is therefore unusable!!! Too bad!

I had ordered before and they arrived safely. Great. But this last order did not arrive. I emailed customer service and they gave me 2 options: either return the order or reorder it. I chose to do it again. That was over a week ago. 6 days ago they sent me an email that due to the large volume my order would be delayed 2 more days to be manufactured from the email. I check the order status and 6 days later it says in production. Nothing has arrived. This time I am very disappointed. I will write to customer service again to discuss it and ask for a refund and it will be the last time I order. And I love your stickers and your work. What a shame. They should improve on that and deliver what they say when an order doesn't arrive.

I have been ordering for 7/8 years for my 2 sons (schools and camps) and recently for my mother (Ehpad). I have noticed a sharp decline in the quality of the labels, especially for clothing, whether iron-on or to be applied to the clothing labels. I follow the recommended application and waiting period. The labels come off in the wash and are difficult to catch on their backing. I am very disappointed and do not recommend your products. I should have changed a long time ago.

My iron-on labels come off after washing and even after rain.

The labels are large, unlike the competition. Personally, I was expecting something smaller and more discreet.

The first names of 2 of my children are on the same booklet. They were ordered separately for convenience.

The order and delivery went very well, but several labels came off in the washing machine (30 degrees). Too bad.

Fast delivery Very pretty gourd but seems fragile. Bought for my daughter's summer camp. On its first day, the gourd was all damaged with the outside decoration missing. The straw came off...and was lost...

Good, but a few flaws on some of the label pages. Otherwise good rendering!

Disappointed I thought that the label could be stuck anywhere on the textile of the clothes and in fact it only sticks on the brand label of the clothes.

I find the labels rather nice, I tested a machine wash no problem nickel but what I dislike is that you can remove the label easily without too much effort and a child can do it and I chose these labels precisely for school.

I've been a customer of C mon étiquettes for many years, and unfortunately there was a shipping error on my last 2 orders, even though the correct address was up to date on my account. Fortunately, Elise from customer service was reactive and reshipped my order at their expense. I don't understand how this could happen 2 times in a row a year apart. So I'm wondering whether I should recommend them again.

I've been ordering from Monetiquette since my eldest went back to school. The labels are beautiful and they love to personalize them themselves. On the other hand, they're holding up less and less. Over the course of the year, many of them have been removed and things have ended up being lost. I ordered them this month for the start of the new school year in September, received them promptly, put them on each of the crayons to get a head start since we'll be going on vacation soon, and the next day when I showed them to my son, half of them had already partly peeled off. What a shame!

I had to repeat the order 2 times because I could no longer find my current basket. This happened when I had to interrupt the order because my daughter was getting into mischief...I came back about 1/2 hour later and my basket had been reset.

Nothing to say about the labels, but they were delivered when it was raining, in a simple envelope. As a result, I have damaged labels.

Very nice labels, but delivery was complicated because the envelope was almost all torn on receipt. Thank you for the return, a very commercial gesture on your part 🙂

Loved that I was able to pick colours and design to go on the labels but the longevity of the labels aren't there in comparison to other labels I've previously used. The clothing labels aren't even lasting the academic year! I really wanted to convert to these but sadly I've been left disappointed.

I'm not satisfied with the delivery time for a product I ordered on 28/06 and received on Thursday 4/07, and what's more, it was invoiced.

I ordered (acknowledgement of receipt received, invoice received, account debited) but I can't find my order on my account...

Visually it is very nice. Unfortunately, the labels on some items of clothing come off again after washing.

I had an offer with Tape a l'il for free labels. My order never arrived.

Quality of self-adhesive labels correct. Lots of choice but few proposals. Blurred writing if no surname on long labels.

Hello, I've been using your labels for all my son's clothes for several years now, with several different orders and never a problem. Unfortunately, this time I'm very disappointed with the quality of the labels. I used them on all the clothes my son took with him to seaside classes, and out of twenty or so labels, 7 came off in the 1st wash, whereas the old ones have been on some items for years and despite dozens of washes have never moved.

I'm very pleased with the welcome and respect for delivery. I noticed that the Labels were a little less quality than the previous ones.

The site is not well done, I wanted to order labels for clothes, impossible to find so I ordered labels for objects I hope it will go.

I received them quickly, they're easy to use, but the iron-on labels don't stay on after the 1st wash, disappointing, useful for a school trip but not for a whole school year, so I find the price high for something that doesn't last over time.

Label finally received after an unexpected delay, I had calculated rather well in time to have the delivery on time, but Chronopost was late. I don't understand some of the delivery steps that send my parcel back from where it was to make it come back again. In short, my son went off to school without me being able to use the labels. I have no doubts whatsoever about the C-monetiquette team, who I think do a very good job, the labels look great and are of good quality, but I haven't used them yet, so thanks to them anyway. Too bad things didn't work out with the carrier.

Sorry the gourd is very pretty, but it leaks not waterproof at all, my son's bag soaked every day, we haven't even used it for a week 🙁 so bof bof

There's already 1 iron-on label that's peeled off, even though I put it on just 15 days ago....and I respected everything.....

Always liked it very much, but at the time of buying an extra cap for a bottle, which I had already done a few years ago, I got it wrong because they really took off the line and I didn't notice since it was there before. To give it back, though, I have to pay shipping and it's not convenient for me, so I have a new bottle without a cap and two more caps that I don't need in either of the two different stylus bottles I have.

Hello, I haven't yet used the labels I ordered for my daughter, but the visual is very nice.

The iron-on labels are pretty but wash out. I'm disappointed.

Out of two orders,only one arrived,regrettable. No possibility of control, no follow-up, payment made for a totality. Bad experience

Faster delivery service as took quite a few days to receive name labels

Quality products and fast dispatch (as evidenced by the postmark). However, it took the post office 20 days to bring me the labels (even though they were priority items). I contacted the after-sales service, which never replied (normally within 24 hours)!... but which didn't hesitate to call me back so that I could evaluate the after-sales service. In conclusion, C mon etiquette is a serious and reliable site... but you shouldn't encounter any problems because the after-sales service is non-existent. From now on, the rule will be "work it out for yourself!"
