Everything is great! Good quality, on time delivery and very cute labels.

I discovered Petit-Fernand 5 years ago when my firstborn was born and purchased the nest kit...since then I have recommended it to everyone and now that the little one is born we have started again! Handy to apply, with very nice customizations, they are delivered quickly...in short...outstanding!

The product very good, but they were not clear with delivery times and did not arrive on time.

The order arrived 3 weeks late. The customer service has been bad, they have not answered our phone and email messages, always an automatic response, without solving our problem. The customer service was a disappointment.

I still have not received my order from the 30th August!

Hello, The products I ordered are exactly as expected and I'm very pleased with them. On the other hand, it would perhaps be preferable to give a more accurate lead time when it comes to printing larger products such as water bottles or sandwich boxes. We're a long way from the 48 hours advertised. In addition, it would also be interesting if your offices could be reached at the times indicated, as this could have saved me a problem with delivery contact details. Placed the order on September 6, and I still haven't received anything. I needed the labels for school so I was forced to adjust differently.

Nice labels, presented in a very handy booklet. I did not put 5 stars because neither the shipping method nor the expected delivery date was specified.

I placed the order on September 9, it has been 13 days and I have not received anything. On the site though they highlight the delivery on 48 hours, then if you read the full shipping conditions, which however are not visible as the 48 hours, but you have to look it up, then they say about the 10 days. In my opinion the message they give is misleading. I wrote to customer service who replies to me to wait until the 26th, but the say days expire on the 23rd.

Accurate in fulfillment and on time, I have only tried thermoadedive labels for clothing and normal for objects but they are great
