This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, and I'm very satisfied with the products. I recently ordered labels at the end of August for my daughter's school things. I never received the order, but customer service was very responsive and prepared another order, at their expense, which I received yesterday. So thank you for this responsiveness and this commercial gesture!

My little one has been going to kindergarten since he was 1 year old, this year he's already going to school, hehe and since he started we always order his labels for clothes in Petit Fernand and we will continue to do so. A month that I ordered labels and still haven't received them. I have already sent four emails x clarifications and never got a response. A real shame

I placed the order two weeks ago. No label delivered. Meanwhile, school started and I had to remedy otherwise. I don't know what to do with those anymore, if they ever arrive!!!

The product is fine. But it is too big. I did not look at the measurements but it is not intended for children for daily snack. It is too big and too heavy. It's fine for a day trip but nothing more. Not for daily snack.
