The labels are very nice, I bought the thermal ones for clothes and the adhesive ones for shoes. Both are easy to use. They arrive in a pretty envelope.

I ordered the iron-on labels a few years ago and after washing and rewashing they still stuck, now I'm trying out the self-adhesive ones.

I'm amazed at the quality of the labels! I took the kindergarten pack with all 140 labels. The ones I was most afraid of were the shoe labels... as my son sweats a lot, I was afraid they wouldn't stick well enough... It's been 3 weeks and they're still beautiful, clean and stuck on! I'd even say they're impregnated in the sole, which is really great! I'm really pleased with this find and I really recommend it to all parents!!! ???? EDIT of July 26, 2020: the labels in the shoes are still intact! On the items, even after several washes, nothing has moved ????

I placed the order on September 1st and I have not received it yet. They do not comply with the propaganda on the website where they promise that the maximum delivery time is 12 days.

The first time very well, this second time I have repeated and they are not meeting the deadlines but they have quickly debited the amount of the order.

I purchased a mug mug and with that price I honestly expected better service. Delivery arrived 10 days late and only after my reminder. In response to my reminder I am informed that the bag was missing so they had waited convinced that everything would arrive. Clearly only the mug mug arrived...what about the bag!!!? Greetings Fabio

Easy-to-use program. labels are top-notch and seem to be quite sticky at the moment. nice, practical little booklet... delivery not as fast as sold... but still very reasonable. (1 week in belgium)

I received the maternal pack, which was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to personalize the labels via the website. However, the delivery time was increased because I received someone else's order (on time) instead of mine. As a result, I had to file a complaint and set a new deadline for production and delivery. But the reactivity of the team was good, as I received the right labels in the end 2 weeks after the order, despite these setbacks. For the moment, I can't say how long the labels will last, as they've only just been glued on. I would recommend buying the labels.

It arrived much later than what they say on their website. I didn't have time to mark my son's clothes because he left for boarding school without the labels arriving.

Everything perfect

No tracking of the parcel. Shipped within 48 hours but received in over 2 weeks and still nothing. Responses to numerous complaints: automatic messages not adapted to the situation/question asked.

Very good product, my daughters were delighted to be able to create their own labels, the only downside being that self-adhesive labels on clothes hold much less than iron-on labels. Apart from that, Mom was delighted.
