Very good quality products no problems after several washes fast delivery totally satisfied
Fast, careful shipment; the name tags are pretty, but I'm struggling a bit to peel them off. It's a good idea to place them on clothing labels that can withstand the high temperatures required for the operation. Some of these labels are too small for the name tag, which means I have to cut them off, which is a shame. I'm a bit annoyed, though, and in retrospect regret not having had a textile stamp made - but it's more expensive!
Excellent and really very nice and quality. Only flaw the delivery time because they arrived after 11 days.
We did not receive the complete order. No email informing that it will be sent in a second shipment, which I am still waiting for.
To this day, I still haven't received the labels, so I can't give a positive rating.

Hello We have ordered several times from you, for self-adhesive labels for clothes and school supplies and lunch boxes. - For the labels, no problem, the products are very good. - For the lunch boxes, we have ordered 5 in 3 years, the last 4 have been very good but the last one received on 19/09/19, the finish on the image is not great, there are air bubbles so I think it will peel off very quickly. It's a pity because the price of the boxes is still quite expensive. Sincerely

People talk about machine-washable self-adhesive labels, but this is not true. They don't stick to all fabrics.
I bought a personalized lunch box and the first time I used it, a flap was damaged! Super nice design, they should reinforce the parts as the use of lunchboxes are for children !

Perfect labels. I recommend the pack. Everything you need. Too bad you can't change the pattern for each type of label. But being able to choose the color is already very good.

Your customer service is deplorable. Very long or non-existent response, unsuitable proposed solution. I'm still waiting for a reply! My gourd arrived a little damaged, I ask for an exchange or just to be told that if it becomes unusable it will be exchanged... very long reply offering to reimburse me the fdp ??????? And no reply since!!! To follow up on your reply to my comment: no, she just told me to put varnish on the gourd... it's unheard of at this level, I don't even know what to say anymore!
