I have to say I was very skeptical at first because of the bad reviews but I was proven wrong. The delivery time of 6 days is fine and the name stickers or name labels to iron on are really very nice. I can't say anything about the durability yet but my expectations have definitely been exceeded so far. I for one am very satisfied and the customer service answered any questions I had immediately.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered and I still think it's great. I'd like to find new pattern themes that are less gendered and backgrounds of more varied colors and fonts. Shipping is perfect. The price is a little better...it's still a bit expensive. The quality is very good.
