I've been getting Petit-Fernand labels for years for my girls now. Each year they have a new design, and the labels are the talk of the class. The iron on labels are fab and last all year round!! Well worth paying a tiny bit extra for!
Following my notice explaining my disappointment with the font color on the labels I had recently received, the person in charge of customer service reacted quickly and offered to send me back the labels with the corrected color, free of charge. Labels quickly received. I therefore rectify my note and appreciate the effort that has been made in response to my comment.
