Perfect received quickly
The labels are very nice and arrive on time. Only downside the smaller thermoadhesive labels are hard to glue on and get a little damaged
I placed my order on August 29th. I followed up in between by sending an email saying that I still hadn't received anything. They replied in amazement that they had to take into account the postal delivery time. Today is September 14 and I still haven't received anything. It was supposed to be for the start of the new school year.
Deadlines not met. No commercial gesture to compensate for the delay.

Lovely stickers
We purchased the stickers to mark all our school supplies. Perfect stickers, they don't come off and have nice colors. Great idea the possibility to combine them with styles and designs.
The labels are very good, but it took 1 week to receive them.

Label peels off after first wash
Very pretty, good-quality labels, but sometimes a little difficult to peel off the plate. My daughter was also very happy with her mug with her name on it, nicely decorated and easy to read. I'd recommend them.

The labels for the clothes are too big to iron on the label it sticks out it's not clean. Some of the labels didn't have the family name on them, so I can't use them because there are 2 Adam's in the class, so without the family name I can't use them.
Fast delivery, but the snack box closure broke after 3 days. Too bad for a product that's not cheap.

The site is well designed and the labels are quite pretty. But they don't stick very well, especially those for shoes and slippers. And the 48-hour shipping is false advertising. You have to wait almost a week and a half.
I don't regret at all my choice for the Labels, they are great I recommend 100%.
